"ice bear" is a superb ceramic kitchen knife made of ceramic zirconia. The blade has been fire-hardened using extreme heat and is second only to diamond in hardness. It is durable and retains its original sharpness for a long time.

As the material used is not metal, this knife will never rust, salty foods will not hurt it, it will not corrode not be damaged by normal use.

Material knives emit metal icons which stick to the cutting edge. This may affect the food taste. Ceramic knives do not pose this problem and is especially recommended for cutting fruit and other fresh vegetables.
